four ways
to work together
Four ways to work together, depending on whether you need to test an idea, deliver a film, hold a world over time or feed your channels. For each: what I deliver, and how long it takes.
01Previsualisation
Test an idea before committing to production. I turn the brief into art direction and a storyboard, then into AI images and sequences that show the film: framing, light, rhythm, tone. The result is made for deciding: settling a concept, convincing internally, scoping a production.
/typical timingA few days to a week
/deliverables
- Documented art direction (references, palette, light)
- Storyboard of the key shots
- AI previsualisation sequences
- Boards of key stills
- Creative rounds included
02Brand film
A short film delivered ready to publish, produced entirely with AI imagery and video. From writing the creative direction to editing and finishing, with the same standards as a conventional production.
/typical timingTwo to three weeks
/deliverables
- A choice of creative directions
- Edited and graded film
- Format adaptations
- Source files delivered
03Art direction
Long-term support for a team or a brand: building a visual world, keeping produced content consistent, setting up an AI production workflow that stays under control.
/typical timingAt your team's pace, monthly
/deliverables
- Visual world and image rules
- Documented production workflow
- Creative follow-up and decisions
- Method handed over to the team
04Social media content
Series of images and short videos spun from one world, in vertical format, ready to post. The brand film becomes ten pieces of content, without ten productions.
/typical timingFirst series in one to two weeks
/deliverables
- Reels and vertical formats
- Visual series, by season or by product
- A graphic world that holds from post to post
- Per project or monthly

Brands
A brand film or a campaign to see before producing it, regular content for your channels, with no set and no crew. You keep the hand on the art direction, I hold it image by image.
Agencies
AI directing capacity on your client projects: previsualising a recommendation, a concept film for a pitch, content adaptations. White label if you wish.
Public bodies
Films about a place, a season or an event, awareness campaigns, content for your channels. Tailor-made images, with no shoot in public space and no image rights to manage, carrying the mention "AI-generated images" if you wish.
every image
is a decision
Five steps, in this order, on every project. The time goes upstream, deciding, and downstream, finishing the image. The generation itself is the shortest part.
Days 1 to 3
Art direction
Vague referencesA fixed courseBuilding a coherent visual world: references, palette, light, framing. Nothing is generated before the direction is settled.
Days 3 to 5
Storyboard
A briefA drawn filmThe brief becomes a sequence of shots: framing, values, transitions. Every shot is decided on paper before the first image is generated.
Week 2
AI previsualisation
An abstract briefA tested filmCinematic previsualisation of the campaign with AI images and video, ahead of production. The film is approved before production is committed.
Weeks 2 to 3
Storytelling & editing
Isolated shotsA story that holdsMotion design and visual storytelling: rhythm, transitions, editing. What makes a film hold beyond the beautiful image.
Final days
Image finishing
Raw renderA believable imageColour, framing, composition. Taking the raw render to an image that stands next to real footage.
/ From pencil to screen
every shot
is decided before it is generated
The same shot at three moments: the pencil storyboard, the approved key frame, then the frame from the film. Nothing is generated before framing, light and gesture are settled on paper.

/ Frequently asked questions
frequently asked questions
What I'm asked most often before starting an AI film. For everything else, write to me.
The crafts are the same: art direction, writing, storyboard, framing, light, editing, grading. What changes is how it's made. Here everything is generated with AI, under human art direction: images, video shots, music, sound design. Nothing is shot, which means delivering in days what a multi-location shoot would take weeks to produce. And unlike a "turnkey" app, every model and every shot is directed, then the image is finished by hand. That direction is what lets a film stand next to real footage, whether it's a brand film or a series of social content.
Every project is quoted, according to the service: a previsualisation to test an idea, a short film ready to publish, or long-term art direction. The order of magnitude stays far below a conventional advertising production, where the shoot alone runs to tens of thousands of euros: no set, no crew, no travel. The budget goes into art direction and image finishing, where the credibility of the film is decided.
From a few days for a previsualisation or a series of shots, to two or three weeks for a short film fully produced, edited and graded. Most of the time goes upstream, settling the art direction, and downstream, in editing and finishing: the generation itself is the shortest part. Long-term art direction follows the pace of your team.
Yes, provided the brand is treated as on any production. First a documented art direction, references, palette, light, image rules, and nothing is generated before it's settled. Then colour and composition are reworked shot by shot, as on a filmed piece. For a product or a sensitive detail, your existing photos and visuals serve as reference, and the AI builds on them.
No, and it's a choice: everything is produced with AI, from image to sound design, with no set and no crew. That's what keeps deadlines and budgets in check. If you already have material, product photos, existing footage, guidelines, it serves as reference to stay true to the brand. And a previsualisation can perfectly prepare a shoot you then hand to your own team or production company.
Yes. That's what the Social media content service is for: a world defined once, then spun into series of reels and visuals, per project or monthly. The Japan Culture series, twelve recipes in anime style, shows what a world held episode after episode looks like.
Yes. Cities, regional authorities, tourism boards, public institutions: the needs are the same as for a brand, a presentation film, a seasonal or awareness campaign, content for social channels. With two constraints removed. No shoot to organise in public space, and no image rights to manage: the people on screen do not exist. On request, every film carries the mention "AI-generated images", in full transparency. I answer quotes and tenders, and provide the administrative documents expected.
It doesn't replace the eye. My job is still that of an art director: AI is a production tool, not a direction. Every image, every shot, every sound is chosen, corrected, redone until it's right. For some projects a shoot remains the right answer, and I'll tell you so. For many others, AI makes it possible to see and produce a film that would never have had the budget to exist.
